How do I cancel my membership?

What happens if I don’t use my membership credits?
Any unused amount always stays associated with your account and they never expire!
Absolutely! Buy as many candles or as much skincare product as you would like! Member credits are as good as cash at DayDreams!
Can a person in my family use my flawless beauty spa membership benefit?
Unless a family pass is being used, a family member that is not part of the Membership plan will not be entitled to member pricing. With that said, you can apply the monetary value of any credits that you have accumulated to their service.
What is included in the WAX Membership?
Our WAX Membership is designed for smooth, worry-free maintenance. For just $48/month with a one-time initiation fee of $30, you’ll receive a monthly Brazilian wax. The membership requires a 12-month commitment and automatically renews at $15/month after the first year. Please note, this membership is valid only for Brazilian wax services and cannot be applied to other treatments.
What happens to my membership balance if I don’t use it?
Your membership balance never expires! Any unused balance automatically rolls over from month to month, so you can use it whenever it’s convenient for you.
Our Policies

Arrival Policy
We kindly request that you check in 15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled treatment. Our treatments begin promptly as scheduled. Where possible we will accommodate late arrivals. However, if we are unable to accommodate a late arrival your treatment time may be shortened at full service price.
Gift Certificates
Gift the gift of All gift cards and certificates sales are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate or gift card. Gift certificate must be presented at time of redemption. DayDreams is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Refunds
Unopened retail items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
Deposits
We require a credit card in file deposit all packages and services for clients with a previous no show. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking — it’s simply held to confirm your appointment. Charges will only be applied in cases of no-shows or late cancellations, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly ask that you give 24 hours notice of any changes and/or cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service (or services) booked.
No Shows
We understand that life can get busy — that’s why we offer a one-time courtesy waiver for first-time no-shows. However, clients who miss more than one appointment without notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Booking Spa Treatments
To ensure the availability of your desired appointment time, we recommend making your reservation well in advance, especially during the weeks immediately following Christmas and Mother’s Day. In order to reserve your appointment, a deposit may be required at the time of the reservation. All credit/gift card information is stored securely off-site by our electronic funds payment processor.
Health Issues
Please be forthcoming with any personal health issues such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, pregnancy or any other serious condition. First time guests will be asked to complete a questionnaire and our therapists may ask additional questions. This information is to ensure a safe service and is protected as highly confidential information.
Patient Records
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. All spa-related records are stored electronically, off-site, and in a secure manner. The information contained in your spa record is treated as confidential.

Memberships policy
Memberships
All membership benefits are for active members in good standing during the term of their membership.
Membership Services – All memberships include your choice of service(s) with member discount applied.
Additional Membership Massage and Facials Services – Members may purchase an unlimited number of additional services for their personal use at discounted rates.
Rollover Privileges – Members may rollover any unused services to the following month. Upon termination of your month to month membership, accumulated member service packages expire and are non-refundable 90 days after you cancel your membership, accumulated member services expire 90 days after the last day of a Prepaid Term Membership.
Rewards Program – Members participate in our Rewards Program and can earn services and discounts.
Membership Freeze Option – A membership may be frozen for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months at participating locations.
Memberships can only be frozen two times in a 12 month period for a maximum of 3 months at a time. A membership must be unfrozen a minimum of 30 days before it can be frozen again. A “freeze fee” may apply.
Members can redeem accumulated services during a freeze but cannot utilize any additional membership benefits (i.e. bringing guests, gift card purchases, retail discounts).
A minimum of one EFT payment must have been made before a membership is eligible to be frozen.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Flawless Beauty Spa must be notified about any changes in address, contact information and/or credit card information.
Guests must follow spa rules and regulations Flawless Beauty Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason.
Flawless Beauty Spa reserves the right to modify/change spa rules, regulations, services and pricing with reasonable notice.
Flawless Beauty Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
No person will be denied admission based upon race, religion or appearance. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13 SHALL BE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING THE SPA. No children under the age of 18 will be able to receive any service without the express written consent of their parent or guardian. For children 15 and under (or where required by state law), a parent or guardian MUST remain in the treatment room and for all minor children the parent must remain on premises during services.
Must be over the age of 13 to receive a Teen facial.
